Step1:Cut the cucumber. Remove the flesh. Marinate it for a while. Remove the water. Soak it in sour jar for one day and one night.
Step2:Sliced pork intestines. Put them in the pot and cook for a while. Remove and drain the water for later use. Cut ginger, onion, garlic and chilli at will. Cut cucumber skin.
Step3:Heat the oil, stir fry the chili sauce, add in the ginger, onion, garlic and pepper, stir fry. Put in the pickled cucumber skin, stir fry slightly. Then put in the pork intestines, stir fry and season. Cook in the cooking wine and simmer for a while, then out of the pot.
