My younger brother came home a few days ago and shouted to eat egg tarts. But he picked up his cell phone and ordered a box for him. He waited for an hour and didn't deliver it. He thought it was cold. He turned over the fridge and found a pile of egg tarts and two boxes of fresh blueberries. He simply made some for him.
Step1:Put the cream, milk and sugar in a small pot. Heat it over a low heat. Stir while heating. Until the sugar dissolves. Let it cool.
Step2:Add the yolk. Mix well. Add the low powder. Mix well.
Step3:The tarts are then filtered through a sieve.
Step4:Put the egg tarts in the baking tray. Pour the filtered egg tarts into the oven. Preheat the oven. Place the bottom two layers at 220 degrees. Bake for 20 minutes.
Step5:Take it out of the oven. Put blueberries in each egg tart.
Step6:Put it back in the oven. Put it on top. Bake for another 5 minutes.
Cooking tips:The other is that I bake blueberries on the edge of the oven alone. On the original egg tarts, I directly put a proportion of fresh blueberries and roasted blueberries. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
