Step14:Boil the water. Put a little salt (except the formula) in the big bowl, shrimp skin, scallion and scallion oil (below). Put a spoon of water in the big bowl.

Cooking tips:Onion oil - use a stick of onion, half of onion, a handful of shallot, chop and a bowl of oil.
