Step1:Put water in the pot and boil. Sprinkle with a little salt. Wash and blanch cowpeas.
Step2:Blanch the cowpeas until they are discolored, turn off the fire and drain.

Step8:Take out the dough and pull out the dosage. Each dosage is about 30g. Sprinkle the thin surface to avoid sticking to each other.
Step9:Roll the preparation into a middle thick, thin skin on both sides. Put on some cowpea stuffing.
Step10:Make it your favorite shape.
Step11:Put water in the steamer and boil it. Spread the damp cloth on the steamer. After steaming, put the dumplings into the steamer.
Step12:Cover the pot. Medium heat for about 1015 minutes.
