Wild rice and rice are two different things. Wild rice is just the seed of a kind of grass. The shell is not polished. It is gray black and contains high nutrition. Step1:Food preparation.

Step10:Take 400g thick soup and simmer it with wild rice and abalone for 2 minutes, then taste it and put it on the plate.
Step11:Boil the thick soup and thicken.
Step12:Pour it on the plate. Garnish with broccoli.
