Step1:Cut the onion, carrot and garlic.
Step2:Mince the onion, ginger and garlic.
Step3:Add some soy sauce, vinegar, cooking wine, sugar, salt, 1 drop oyster sauce, and some sesame oil to the sauce.
Step4:Slice the liver. Put the cooking wine, starch and a small amount of oil (about 1 spoon) into the slice and mix well.
Step5:Stir fry the liver with hot oil.
Step6:Stir fry until 8 minutes, turn off the heat and leave the pot.

Step8:Stir fry the carrots.
Step9:Stir fry the onion and garlic bolt. Add half of the sauce.
Step10:When the dish is basically cooked, put in the liver and the other half of the sauce, stir fry until it is fully cooked, and add the water starch to thicken the sauce and collect the soup.
Step11:Let each piece of liver be covered with soup when thickening. It's often grey. It's sweet and sour.
