Last weekend, I made a box of spicy shredded beef to satisfy my craving. I just caught up with my friend and came to visit. He ate it all up. It's not good after eating. I still want it. Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Wash beef tenderloin and cut into large pieces. Put into a cold water pot. Bring to a boil. Blanch for 3 minutes.
