Recently fell in love with chicken
Step1:Wash and cut chicken into small pieces. Wash and dice carrot and cucumber.
Step2:Put the oil in the pot. Heat the oil and add the dried pepper and pepper.
Step3:Stir fry the dried peppers and prickly ash until fragrant. Pour in the chicken pieces. Stir fry the chicken pieces until yellow, and then dish them out.
Step4:Pour in red pepper, scallion and diced carrot. Stir constantly.
Step5:Stir fry the onion. Pour in the diced cucumber, peeled peanuts and the previously fried chicken pieces. Then pour in the mixed sauce (soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, flour, salt).
Step6:Stir fry for a few minutes and serve.
Cooking tips:Because my dry pepper is not spicy, I added a little red pepper. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
