We in the North call it wonton. For our friends in the south, it's called transcription. I usually pack a lot when I'm free, and then freeze it in the refrigerator. When I want to eat it, I'll cook it directly with some vegetables. When I was a child, I used to make wonton soup with hemp. I always liked to hang it in high soup or stew it with shrimp skin and seaweed. I was very tired of Wonton Soup for a while. Later, I learned a super simple soup with a southern girl. The bottom is directly raw soy sauce, sugar, salt, sesame oil, and then the original wonton soup. Most of my mouth is light It's really easy and delicious to put only some raw soy sauce and sesame oil in it. By the way, adding a spoon of chili oil is the legendary red oil scribe
Step1:Mix the stuffing firs
Step2:First, take a bowl of pure water. Soak the pepper in.
Step3:Chopped green onion and ginger into meat stuffin
Step4:Put an egg in the meat fillin
Step5:Add 1 tbsp cooking wine, 2 tbsp raw sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce... A little old sauc
Step6:Then add black and white pepper. 1 / 3 teaspoon sugar. Proper salt. 1 teaspoon sesame oil. Stir well in one direction. Filter the pepper water to remove the pepper ingredients. Add the pepper water to the meat filling little by little. Stir in one direction while adding. Pepper water doesn't have to be added to all the stuffing.
Step7:Prepare another bowl of water and start wrapping wonton.
Step8:Take a piece of skin. Put the filling in the middle of the wonton skin. Stagger it a little and fold it in half. Then stick the two ends together alternately. Dip it in the water when sticking. Stick it with water.
Step9:Just one wonton. It's just one of my usual ways. For other wonton packing techniques, please refer to the Internet.
Step10:Here I would like to share with you a soup base I usually use. The soup is not used. The Kwai wonton noodle soup is served directly. Add a tablespoon of soy sauce (the best choice of soy sauce can be directly put into soup. The fresh one in the salad dish). When cooking wonton, you can cook some vegetables at the same time. Finally, sprinkle with scallion.
Step11:If you add another spoonful of chili oil to the soup, it will become a famous red oil hand scribe.
Cooking tips:1. Wonton can be packed many times and then frozen. Cook as you eat. It's very convenient. I'm usually at home. If I don't have it, I'll keep making it up. 2. It is strongly recommended that the combination of raw soy sauce and sesame oil soup base is really simple and good to drink. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
