Scone (English name for scone) is characterized by a thin layer of crisp coat, which is essential for British afternoon tea... Scone can be used as breakfast or afternoon tea, with jam and cream, which is super perfect.
Step1:Prepare the butter and cut into small pieces without softenin

Step3:Wear disposable gloves to knead the flour and butter until they are completely mixed (as shown in the top left picture). Knock the eggs into the bowl

Step5:Put the mixed egg milk mixture into the flour in several times and turn it with a scraper to mix it evenly with ps-egg milk mixture. I used 140g of liquid in total and added it into the flour in several times to avoid too much at one time and the dough was too wet and could not be shaped
Step6:Add dried cranberries and stir gently to mix cranberries with doug
Step7:Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it stand for more than 30 minutes. The dough will become fluffy when it stands still. Sprinkle proper amount of dry flour on the panel
Step8:Spread out the dough gently and fold it back from 3 / 1 to fold it agai
Step9:Fold again, slightly reshape, cut PS in half from the middle - no need to knead all the way.
Step10:Then cut it into triangles and place it evenly on the baking tra
Step11:Brush the last layer of yolk liquid, preheat the oven at 170 degrees, and bake on the fire for 25 minutes. The temperature of PS oven is for reference only
