Step1:Wash the squid, cut the flower, blanch the scallop, remove the shell and the meat. Wash the shrimp, remove the skin, open the back and remove the shrimp line.
Step2:Wash and shred carrots and onions.
Step3:Fry squid, scallop and prawn in butter until they are eight ripe. Remove and set aside.
