Agaric is a specialty of Northeast China. It's also a regular customer of our dining table. When I stir fry, stew and mix vegetables, I will put some. Replenish blood and soften blood vessels. Cooking tips:Blanch the fungus and carrot. Reduce the cooking time. Marinate the meat slices with seasoning and starch. Stir fried meat slices with warm oil are tender. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
