Step1:Cut the eggplant into a hob. Dip the dried starch evenly (or not). Set aside.
Step2:Onion, ginger and garlic (ginger is cut into large pieces for easy selection). Spare.
Step3:Peel and slice cucumber. Set aside.
Step4:Peel and dice the tomatoes. Set aside.
Step5:Heat the oil in a hot pot. Fry the eggplant until it changes color. Put it out for use.
Step6:Leave some base oil. Stir fry onion, ginger and garlic.
Step7:Add tomatoes. Stir fry until soft. Add sugar and a little salt.
Step8:Add eggplant, stir fry until soft. Add cucumber slices. Collect juice.
