Step1:Prepare ingredients. 300g prawns. Two eggs. A small amount of carrots and celery.

Cooking tips:The shrimp must be marinated first, so that it doesn't smell fishy. Green onion should be added after turning off the fire. It has good color and fragrance. The amount of salt is controlled according to my taste. I like to taste and add it at the same time. It's not too salty. Some people like to use cold fried rice. The grains of rice are clear.
