Step3:It's about half an hour. Add lean meat, preserved egg, stir evenly, salt and pepper to taste. Add sesame oil in proper amount. (I like sesame oil. Usually cooking oil is OK.) taste depends on me... Add coriander in about 15 minutes. Stir evenly. Turn off the fire. The fragrant preserved preserved egg and lean meat porridge will come out (it doesn't need to be exported at all...)
