Take a bite from the eggshell. The salty glutinous rice is very sticky and soft in the mouth. It smells like pork and sausage. It's steamed with salted duck egg yolk and flows out red oil. All the delicacies are locked in an egg. If you like the one with more glutinous taste, you can wrap it with tin paper before steaming. Glutinous rice and egg yolk blend together. That's a wonderful taste.
Step1:250g pork streaky pork peeled and diced. Add 1 spoon cooking wine, half spoon old soy sauce and half spoon raw soy sauce and mix well. Marinate for 20 minutes.
Step2:Cut 5 dried mushrooms in cold water. Dice 2 sausages. Soak the glutinous rice and drain the water.
Step3:Wash 250g glutinous rice. Soak in cold water for more than 3 hours. Drain. Mix with marinated diced streaky pork, mushrooms, sausages and peas. Pour in 1 scoop old soy sauce, 1 scoop raw soy sauce, a little salt and sugar. Mix well.
Step4:Wash 15 salted duck eggs. Use chopsticks or spoon to gently break the small head. Peel off the small mouth. Let the egg white flow out. Leave the yolk in the shell.
Step5:Gently pour the mixed glutinous rice and other ingredients into the egg. Don't fill it too full. Open your mouth upward. Steam in the steamer for 40 minutes (before steaming, if you like the taste soft and rotten, wrap each egg with tin paper). Take out the glutinous rice egg and finish it.
