It's so hot in the kitchen in summer. Cooking is not a very enjoyable thing. However, it's easy and delicious to use steamed dishes.
Step1:Prepare all the materials (I forgot to buy onion today, so I didn't see the trace of onion in the whole process
Step2:Cut the ginger, garlic and chili into small circles.
Step3:Cut off the head of the bass. Change the flower knife on the back of the bass. Remember not to cut off the belly. Then put it on a plate and shape it. Marinate it with salt and cooking wine for 10 minutes.
Step4:Use a small half bowl of clear water, sugar and raw soy sauce to mix the juice evenly.
Step5:Pour the mixed juice on the marinated fish. Add shredded ginger and half of the garlic.
Step6:Steam in a steamer for 8 to 10 minutes and you will be out of the steamer. When out of the pot, put the remaining garlic and onion into the plate.
Step7:Heat oil in another pot. Add red pepper to the pot and pour it into the steamed fish when the smoke comes out.
Step8:The last step is to put the red pepper ring in place. If you want to be perfect, you can add some coriander to make it more beautiful
