Step3:Pour the oil into the pot. Stir fry the dried ginger, garlic and chilli into the sauteed fish bone. Stir fry until there is no red color. Add boiling water. Submerge the fish bone. Boil in the pot for one minute, then add the tofu, then add cooking wine, a little sugar, boil over medium heat for five minutes, then add salt, dish, sprinkle onion and fish soup.
Step4:Continue to put oil in the pot. Stir fry the garlic and dried chilli until fragrant. Add the soy bean. Stir fry for a while, then add the black fish fillet. Add a little sugar, cooking wine, soy sauce. Stir fry until the meat slices are not red. Add the sauerkraut bag. Continue to stir fry for one minute. Start the pot and dish.
