Step5:Prepare a large piece of pickled ginger and 20 or so pickled peppers. Do not eat spicy amount of reduction.

Step11:Put in a lot of prickly ash. Don't put it if you don't eat hemp. Chongqing food is spicy. You can improve it according to your taste.
Step12:Stir fry the Chinese prickly ash and add the loach. Stir fry for two minutes. Add another spoonful of sugar, two spoonfuls of salt and a little monosodium glutamate to taste.
Step13:Then add a large bowl of water. Do not over the ingredients. Cook for 40 minutes. Loach can be out of the pot after it is soft and rotten. Try salty before cooking. Pickled ginger with pickled peppers is salty, so there is less salt in it.
