The fat intestines and ashes of my own bittern are always delicious. But I'm afraid of getting fat after eating too much. So I used a lot of Flammulina mushroom and cucumber to match it. It's delicious and refreshing.
Step1:Wash the Flammulina mushroom and coriander. Drain the coriander.

Step3:Steam the brine large intestine for 5 minutes. One is for sterilization. The other is for soft steaming.
Step4:Mix a cold sauce. I use the brine steamed out of the large intestine. Add the soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, chopped peppers, Laoganma, sesame oil, pepper oil. Well, basically, the seasoning at home is a little more casual. I think soy sauce. At least there are soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, sesame oil. Anything else.
Step5:The fat intestines are cut in thin circles (I'm not good at cutting. I cut them with scissors). The cilantro is chopped. Sliced cucumber (not shown in the picture
Step6:Add the sauce and mix well. Sprinkle the peanuts. Serve.
Cooking tips:I think the sauce mixed with large intestine will taste better. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
