Step1:Clean the prawns. Cut off the prawn gun, claw, mouth and bag. Open the back to the prawn line.
Step2:Sliced ginger. Sliced shallot.
Step3:Mixing bowl juice - 15g raw soy sauce, 5g old soy sauce, 30g cooking wine, 10g vinegar, 20g sugar, 3G salt and 50g water.
Step4:Taji hot pot with the little mustard seed oil.
Step5:Heat the oil and put in the prawns. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Press the shrimp head continuously when frying to release the shrimp oil.
Step6:Add onion and ginger.
Step7:Stir fry the onion and ginger to taste and then pour into the bowl.
Step8:Fry over medium heat until the soup is done.
Step9:Pour the remaining 5g vinegar into the pot. Wrap the soup evenly.
Step10:The skin is burnt, fragrant and crispy. Stewed prawns with fresh and tender meat come out of the pot.
