Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:350g small row soak for half an hour to remove blood water. Use kitchen paper to absorb water.

  6. Step6:Remove the marinated ribs from the refrigerator. Add the fried ingredients. Mix 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon white wine and 2 tablespoons water starch (the ratio of starch and water is 1-3). Marinate for 15 minutes. *Note - after all the ingredients are added to the ribs, thoroughly grasp all the ingredients and ribs to taste.

  7. Step7:Put the marinated spareribs into the plate. Sprinkle some ginger and Douchi. Put them into the steamer.

  8. Step8:Boil over medium heat. Steam for about 18 minutes after the water boils.

  9. Step9:Take it out. Sprinkle some scallion shreds. Pour 1 teaspoon of hot peanut oil on it. Put on the medlar.

  10. Step10:Steamed spareribs with black bean are finished.
