Cooking Steps

1. 

   Step1:Fat head fish slaughters, scales and viscera. Only fish head is needed to remove fish gills. Fish body is reserved for dinne

   Step2:In the pot, boil a large bowl of water, bean curd, fish head and sour bamboo shoots. Put in the cooking wine and ginger slices. Boil over high heat

   Step3:When cooked, put the cilantro in the soup bowl.
