Step1:Slice duck blood. Blanch in boiling water for 3 minutes. Add some cooking wine to boiling water to remove fishiness. Prepare 15 pieces of Chinese prickly ash, 1 piece of seasoning, 1 piece of scallion, 3 pieces of ginger and red pepper, 1 spoon of Pixian bean paste, half a bowl of boiled duck blood and 50% of the spare oil. Heat up Pixian bean paste and 1 spoon of it. Stir fry the red oil on a low heat. Stir fry the green, ginger and red pepper for a while. Pour in duck blood and turn over twice. Pour in water, a little salt and simmer for about 15 minutes. Garnish with shredded coriander. If you like to eat sesame paste, mix cold water with sesame paste.
