Cooking Steps

   Step1:Rinse the whitebait.

   Step2:Prepare the eggs.

   Step3:Break up the eggs.

   Step4:Pour some oil into the pan.

   Step5:Fry the eggs until they are eight ripe.

   Step6:Stir fry the remaining oil with onion and ginger.

7. 

   Step7:Put in the whitebait.

8. 

   Step8:Then put the eggs in the pan and stir fry with the silverfish.

9. 

   Step9:Out of the pot and on the plate.
