Cooking Steps

   Step1:Mix the low milk powder. Add the egg yolk and the melted butter, sugar 20g, salt. Mix well. Beat the protein with lemon juice until it's rough. Add 30g sugar. Beat until it's hard to foam.

2. 

   Step2:Mixed egg yolks. Heat the non stick pot. Pour in a spoonful of mixed muffin paste. Fry over low heat until there are bubbles on top. Turn over and fry until golden brown. Muffins. Strawberries in the middle. Serve with cream and strawberry jam.
