The dishes in summer are refreshing, strengthening muscles and reducing fat.
Step1:The spices I put are: fragrant leaves, star anise, grass fruit, dried pepper and Siraitia fruit.
Step2:Wash the tendon and put it into the pot. Boil the spices, soy sauce, salt and sugar with proper amount of water. The casserole is the best. I boil it for an hour. I add water twice in the middle.
Step3:After cooking, cool down. Slice. Cut cucumber. Cut carrot. Cut celery. Put them together in a larger basin.
Step4:Hot oil, garlic, ginger and pepper.
Step5:Then add the brine just boiled.
Step6:Add vinegar. Sprinkle sesame seeds. Just fine.
Step7:Cool it down a little and add it to the sliced beef basin.
Step8:Add a few drops of sesame oil and peanuts, and mix them with chopsticks.
