This is the family version of the pan prawns. It's not seasoned with bean paste. Instead, it's only peppers and prickly ash. It avoids a lot of salt. It's spicy and delicious.
Step1:Go to the shrimp line. Clean it.
Step2:Add starch. 2G salt. Marinate with proper amount of soy sauce.
