Step1:Wash the portunus and put it in a sealed box. Sprinkle in onion, ginger, garlic, green pepper and red pepper.
Step2:Heat pepper, soy sauce, cooking wine, star anise, onion, kelp, sugar, salt and ginger with water until boiled.
Step3:Cool the soup cooked in the previous step. Pour it into the sealed box. Submerge the crab. Refrigerate it in the refrigerator for 2 days before eating.
