Step1:Dice the portunus. Dice the shallots. Pour the cooking wine into the bottom of the plate. Sprinkle the scallion leaves on the portunus. Steam for 3 to 4 minutes after boiling in hot water.
Step2:Remove the scallion leaves. Heat the olive oil and add in the scallion section on a low heat. Add the steamed Portunus and seasoning on a high heat. Stir for a while and you will be out of the pot.
