Step4:Stir fry out the flavor, turn off the heat, take out, add two spoons of steamed fish soy sauce, one spoonful of oyster sauce and a little sugar, mix well, and then make the mashed garlic soy sauce. Spread the prepared soy sauce evenly on the processed abalone meat
Step5:Add water to the steamer. After boiling, put the container containing the small abalone into the steamer. Cover the lid of the steamer. Steam vigorously for 35 minutes (depending on the size of abalone). I steam for five minutes. Turn off the heat and take out. Sprinkle with scallion.
Cooking tips:1. It is better to use the fermented black bean with certain humidity to make the fermented black bean. Liuyang fermented black bean in Hunan Province is not suitable. It is too dry. Yangjiang fermented black bean produced in Guangdong Province and wet fermented black bean produced in Sichuan Province have good effect. 2. It doesn't matter if you chop too much Douchi at a time. You can make more Douchi juice. The endless part of steamed abalone is used to steam spareribs, steamed and fried tiger skin chicken claws, meat, and all kinds of vegetables - Baby vermicelli, loofah, winter melon, etc. will taste good. If you don't need to use it immediately, you can use a clean container to put the soy sauce. Pour in some oil. The oil is not over the soy sauce. The soy sauce will be kept away from the air for a long time. I sealed the excess soy sauce with a glass box with four locks on the clasp. The next meal was steamed with it, and then the vermicelli cabbage (there was no baby dish to replace it with cabbage). Put the vermicelli on the bottom. The cabbage was scalded with boiling water and then spread on the vermicelli. Pour the soy sauce on it. Steam it on the pot. It's a good dish more popular than the meat dish
